They are specialised in 雞白湯拉麵 tori paitan ramen 🐓which is one of my favourite types of ramen. Heard the chef used to work in Japan🇯🇵 before and I have very big expectation to it. And I am not disappointed by it, very surprised indeed. The broth is very rich and full of collagen🤤Look at Pic 2, it took only 15 seconds and a thin layer of gelatin has been formed🤯 This proves how good they are. Even though it is very flavourful but it is not as creamy and milky as its strong counterpart which you could slurp one after one without a break🙌🏼 They definitely make their place in my ramen rank!
The slow-cooked chicken charsiu is tender and I especially love the pepper garnish to give some extra flavour. The egg 🥚 is good as it should be (actually a great compliment given lots of fail versions in HK). The green garnish is impeccable especially the deep-fried lotus root.
Ordered the 唐揚炸雞fried chicken🍗 too as I just cannot resist the temptation after smelling its fragrance from other tables. The batter is puffy and crispy at the same time. It is what we call 酥化 in Cantonese. Absolutely amazing one and the salad on side is 💯
