Not the first time to try Nom Nom dumplings Pretty good and reasonable price meal in Wan Chai. Pretty good and reasonable price meal in Wan Chai.

Sichuan cold noodle is a must have. if feeling only dumplings for one meal is not too fulfilling, try this noodle,

tonight we ordered a few dishes of dumplings with different stuffing 

dried scallops with pork 
u can see many fine shreds of scallops, 
with some Chinese celery inside to make the taste more fresh

the soup for the is their special homemade soup
taste like home 
with 2 types of fishes a lots of healthy Chinese beans and root vegetable

Matsutake mushroom and pork

the equivalent of truffle in east Asia countries
very precious and full of fragrant
pieces of mushroom inside the dumpling, not like just putting some mushroom oil

personally i like steam or boiled dumplings more than fried dumplings 
as u can taste the chewiness of the dumpling dough and no extra oil. 

Anyhow, some people like fried dumplings for its crispiness  
so i ordered other flavours to be fried dumplings

match with their special sauces

vegetarian vegetable, 
fresh vegetable, shanghai bak choi 
vegetable is an ingredient that is difficult to handle in making dumplings 
as it contains a lot of water and will make the dumpling to moist and fall apart 
but the vegetable prepared in this dumpling is crispy, no excess water

finally is Chinese coriander with pork
not very common to use coriander in dumpling as it has a very strong flavour
but flavour in this dumpling is still fresh and mild  
easily acceptable to people not really in favour of Chinese coriander
