朋友相約到這裡吃自助餐,今趟是以蟹為主題;難怪蟹痴朋友有這提議了。餐廳不時𨍭換食物主題,聽說下次是紐西蘭的草飼羊肉和自然放牧牛肉(由18/4 至 31/5),正合乎了港人貪新鮮的性格!環境也是極為開揚寬廣,施施然的進出取食,輕鬆自在。沙律菜是我毎次的首選,這裡有很多配菜可供選擇,不知不覺間,已拿了一整碟。加入了自己喜歡的配菜及油醋汁,相當滋味。看到這麼多爆膏麵包蟹、新鮮龍蝦、青口、鱈場蟹腳、美味生蠔....等,未吃下肚已在視覺上已先興奮了!麵包蟹多膏、肉質鮮甜;回本必食。翡翠螺亦是心水主攻;青口海水味濃。蒸魚是我至愛的食物之一,自助餐的蒸魚因一直置於熱盤子上,令致肉質過熟,可這裡最特別的,便是即叫即蒸魚,像今晚便有黃花魚、烏頭魚、黃立倉和加州鱸魚,魚肉嫩滑新鮮,加上蒸魚豉油,佳餚原來就是這樣簡單!刺身和壽司,選擇也真不少,每件吃少少也不為過呀。一向偏好體型細小的生豪,覺著味道更為鮮甜細緻,今次也是作了相同的選擇,味道果然比大隻的更對口味,但朋友就喜歡大大隻又Creamy的那款。荷蘭球形芝士、法國羊奶芝士、瑞士艾曼托芝士、法國布里芝士,喜歡吃芝士的我,當然要逐一品嚐,最後還是較喜歡羊奶芝

荷蘭球形芝士、法國羊奶芝士、瑞士艾曼托芝士、法國布里芝士,喜歡吃芝士的我,當然要逐一品嚐,最後還是較喜歡羊奶芝士。青胡椒豬肉凍腸、沙樂美腸、巴馬火腿、黑松露肝醬批、煙三文魚和法式香草豬肉批 ,也是不可錯過的美味。

香氣撲鼻的印度咖喱,往往令人駐足,印度式醃雜菜、青瓜酸乳酪醬、芒果甜酸醬、中東香檸芝麻醬,配上香口的烤脆餅,想把它忽視也艱難吧。

從近來的自助餐睇驗中,發覺燉湯的質素普遍也不錯,每次總要一試其水準;這燉湯材料非常足,甜甜潤潤的,最近喉嚨總是乾乾的;喝這個確是一流!
