A chill weekend lunch located near Hart Avenue in TST, attentive service, minimalist menu ♥️ Full house to be seated 😌 IG-able store front 👍🏻✌🏻Vibes to order affordable wine🍷, which we did!I was warmly invited to take a seat by the bar table near the reception by the Manager, and was given a glass of water to wait for my friend to join me (識做嘅manager 自然有識做嘅staff) Menu was simple, easy, minimalist - it features appetisers, handmade pasta, dessert, drink (alcohol and non-alcohol), I appreciate this

Menu was simple, easy, minimalist - it features appetisers, handmade pasta, dessert, drink (alcohol and non-alcohol), I appreciate this simplicity. Attractive weekend brunch menu 😊
To start with, we were served with room temperature plain baguette, olive oil and vinegar, no fuss and all that jazz.
Tagliolini, truffle spaghetti was my favourite and I recommend trying. Freshly made pasta was delicious, very yellow in colour as I believe they put in egg yolk, light and bouncy, infused with truffle aroma and flavours. Topped with a generous amount of fancy dried black truffle, a bonus.

Papardelle, braised beef cheek freshly made papardelle pasta (thick and flat pasta) was quite nice. This pasta was more ‘al dente’, unfortunately, it was in a light butter sauce which was too similar to the truffle pasta, it would have been excellent if it was in a tomato based sauce. Also, personally find it too well covered in cheese, not as appetising as it could potentially be, but taste was yummy.

Ended the meal with it’s best selling tiramisu. I loved the tiramisu, very rich and creamy, sweetness to perfection, but, too much chocolate powder at the top which affected the taste of the first few bites. As it was served in a huge glass cup (not exactly complaining), I had to scoop in a few times more to reach the coffee-soaked lady fingers, a real foodie dilemma here...!
Worthy to mention is they serve very affordable wine in 500ml servings, we had the Chianti (red wine) at HK$195 , you can’t really complain 💕
Overall, I would recommend and would dine here again
