In general, the quality was really good!!☺️
I love the fresh sea urchin and lobster salad; the crispy deep-fried taro chips.
The Foie Gras Terrine with Figs Macaron surprised me the most!! At first I was like ‘wow this combination is weird’ But actually they were quite match😆
For sweets, I love the tiramisu most!! The layering was great and the mascarpone cream was remarkably fluffy.
The refreshing lemon sorbet was great too!! It was served as the last dish, which could help relieving stagnancy. What a thoughtful arrangement!!😚
