This maki bar is a great idea. Sushi roll kiosks are all over the place on Sydney selling $2 salmon rolls and eel rolls at stations that you can hold on your hand be and devour before the train arrives. The difference with these Chotto Maki rolls is that these taste better! The rice is on the softer side and has loads of stuffing, special sauces and are reasonably priced at $68-72 per roll.

We tried the Black Magma, negitoro with scallop and sesame topping, salmon cream cheese, a crispy and spicy one, and some sushi. Each came in a cutie box with chopsticks. Delightful!
