Three of the dishes change daily, but you choose a base curry (vegetable, chicken, lamb, or fish), what you want to drink, and whether you want paratha or rice. Always choose paratha!
It's made-to-order and made exceedingly well. You won't find any better in Hong Kong. They could easily charge extra for it since there is significant additional prep involved, but they don't, so choosing paratha is also a great bargain.

Let me also mention that the people who operate Roti King are absolutely lovely. They are very attentive, pay close attention to my special requests (I have them take off the mayonnaise salad dressing, for example), remember my preferences(!), and I enjoy coming to see them just as much as I enjoy eating their magnificent food.
Roti King is an essential part of Tai Kok Tsui's diverse restaurant landscape and I'm certain you won't be disappointed if you choose to try it. (Just make sure you try a thali lunch set at least once!)
