This was our first time here and it was a memorable experience. We were guests of friends of ours who stay at the hotel and eat in the restaurant whenever they come to Hong Kong. We waited for more than an hour to order, but that was because we were talking so much, not for lack of attention. And when the food and wine did come - wow! Everything was a highlight, but we especially enjoyed the lemon chicken, the cod with yuzu sauce, the Wagyu beef with green beans and the crab shell with crabmeat.

Everything was a highlight, but we especially enjoyed the lemon chicken, the cod with yuzu sauce, the Wagyu beef with green beans and the crab shell with crabmeat. The Australian wine - sorry, I didn't get the name as it was chosen by our host - was excellent, too. The service and attention was second to none. Our hosts are well known there. Even so, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We are definitely coming back.  I usually don't give top marks in reviews because I don't believe anything is perfect, but I will make an exception on this occasion.
