📍Second Draft Second Draft is one of the famous shops in Tai Hang, opened and operated by a group of passionate Hong Kongers. Food wise, all are very suitable to pair with beer. Love their 大坑名物 Tai Hang Fries. It has a very strong 孜然 taste. Given their great beer, their beer mussels are superb. Their fried yellow chicken burger uses legit yellow chicken and fried right. I personally like their pastrami as it’s less meaty and salty than the traditional ones.
They are also very adventurous in trying new flavor combinations just like their 腐乳 carbonara.
It’s sad that they couldn’t renew their tenancy and have to leave Tai Hang soon.
Catch them out before end of February! It’s an amazing spot to support!
