package本身包的餐飲是首日的下午茶及翌日早上的breakfast buffet
加錢可將下午茶upgarde做晚餐
我和老公就加$440,upgrade成全時段 dinner buffet,可由7:30pm食到10:00pm
加$200則是90分鐘的dinner buffet,還有一個選項是加$400 去酒店內的另一餐廳Cruise享用set dinner!

近三個月,每月食一次dinner buffet
因此,The Farmhouse是我試的第三間酒店buffet了~~

一如以往的,先衝向冷盤海鮮區

海鮮選擇有蟹腳﹑青口﹑凍蝦﹑蚌﹑龍蝦鉗﹑和波士頓龍蝦,選擇尚算足夠!
唯蟹腳及凍蝦的質素較遜,蟹腳有點霉,凍蝦的肉質亦不算彈牙~

然後開始熟食部分,中式燉湯一大煲,似是煲老火湯多於慢火細燉
湯的香甜及不上上次試的另一家buffet!
燒味試了叉燒﹑燒腩仔及片皮鴨,片皮鴨不是即包即分發,所以都變軟稔了!
燒腩仔皮很脆,肥肉太厚太油,感受不到燒腩仔的香!
叉燒算是略略好一點點,蜜汁味及焦香味能再加強就好~~

蘑菇與意粉先略炒,加入忌廉及松露碎,上碟前在原個芝士上略略兜煮!
整碟意粉充滿了芝士香~~芝士控絕對會對味道表示滿意

甜品方面,有12款本地手工雪糕可選~~
還有即製的士多啤梨千層酥及橙酒煮班戟~~
未夠9:30pm,甜品已剩下寥寥無幾,所以我都只取了即製的這兩款及雪糕啊!
有些雪糕味道都沒了~~

焦糖不會太甜太漏,算是不錯
綠茶雖有綠茶味,但不要期待是抹茶那樣的香濃甘澀!

沒有比較就沒有傷害,之前試的兩家,分別以海鮮及甜品突出
對比之下,The Farmhouse就顯得平平無奇了!
食物質素算是可以接受喇!
