家裡聚餐,斬料加餸都總是會幫襯快靚正,因為阿媽指定要食呢度的叉燒,自設爐頭,全部自家制,真係十幾年堅持如一,現在香港都好難得有如此老店。但是雖是老店,卻會與時俱進,一間燒味粉麵餐廳,可以用支付寶啊,太利害👍買左好多,準備回家享用。叉燒是鬆軟滑潤,油脂和瘦肉間交叉衝擊著味蕾,微甘蜜汁和炭燒香讓人齒頰留香,選用的部位肥瘦恰當,咬下去肉香、焦香漫溢在口中,舌尖還能感受到蜜汁香甜,份量充足。熱情的老闆介紹自家制的貴妃雞和白切雞是用瑤柱汁浸,份外惹味,微鹹雞皮和滑嫩肉質,雞胸肉厚而不柴。烤乳皮光油亮金黃酥脆的外觀,加上滑嫩可口不油膩的肉質,再搭配上店內特製的乳豬醬料,口感香氣一流👍由頂層脆皮、肥膏、嫩肉、軟骨到最底層的瘦肉,層層分明。採用上等豬腩肉,肉質軟嫩,脂肪分布均勻,咀嚼間感受到鹹香入味及嫩滑肉質。街坊價錢,份量好多,真係可以食幾餐。
