原來已有一陣子沒吃自助餐, 早前來到沙田凱悅酒店既沙田18用餐, 看到自助餐陣容挺豐富的, 二話不說, 即約! 這裡的自助餐沒有時段限制, 大家可慢慢享用先看看 海鮮冷盤 , 陣容不俗, 重點是任吃的 開邊龍蝦, 每隻都是啖啖肉又爽口的, 而且補充的速度亦很快火腿站 和 芝士站 也陣容豐富, 我倆尤其喜愛火腿, 種類繁多更不可錯過的, 是旁邊的24個月火腿, 配哈蜜瓜簡直是一流!是次自助餐推廣, 會不定時嚮起鐘聲, 即代表是夜限定美食已經準備妥當, 驚喜真的一浪接一浪 未幾, 是夜第一鐘聲嚮起, 來自刺身櫃那邊, 是 油甘魚, 很甘香, 絕不能錯過這裡的熱盤亦有非常多選擇, 家常的, 有蒸原條石斑, 還有 牛仔骨 ,各式燒味 和 西蘭花魚肚 等等豬紅 和 鮮蝦雲吞, 任君選擇!不要吃多, 因為有大大盤 花膠 和 鮑魚 等候着大家這客 東坡肉配刈包, 實在是極級邪惡, 但又不能錯過!鐘聲又起, 竟然再來龍蝦, 今次是 芝士焗龍蝦, 大廚還現場加點酒燒一燒, 令龍蝦味道層次更豐富那邊廂, 烤肉也是相當多選擇的, 燒肉 又怎能錯過,  還有 烤盲鰽 和即叫即製既 龍蝦汁炒意粉 也很值得試是夜

真的好不容易才來到甜品環節, 首推 黑森林杯, 朱古力控是絕不能錯過的, 鯛魚燒配雪糕 也是誠意之作, 這裡的糕餅甜點又幾高水準, 相信都不用再多介紹吧, 食得晒當你嬴!
