Found a new hotpot restaurant recently, actually there are too many hotpot restaurants in Kowloon. We really want to try something new, for my lovely friend's birthday... This place, newly opened, just wanna try. First of all, the environment is quite comfortable, staff welcoming was friendly & nice, not too many people at peak hour & we just walked in by come across.. no need to wait and overall toilet and dining stuff are clean ! First of all, the environment is quite comfortable, staff welcoming was friendly & nice, not too many people at peak hour & we just walked in by come across.. no need to wait and overall toilet and dining stuff are clean !
We didn't order too many things as we only had 4 ladies, traditional beef slice, raw panopea abrupta, a mixed vegetable basket, raw large prawn..and some beer of course.... Surprisingly the panopea abrupta was unexpected good, the slide size was great and texture was fresh + sweet (we didn't expect too much before we ordered). The beef slice was not too bad, even we over boiled, still juicy , we ordered two times for the beef slide (it said it is local HK beef)!
The prawn was served in a fabulous way, we took lots of pictures of course... and prawn was fresh and not expensive. Overall food quality was good and not expensive is the main point, highly recommend and on our 'hot pot' list ! Will bring friends to try again.
