Learned about So Boring as an alternative restaurant with a mission on food sustainability and went there with a friend.  Without knowing beforehand about the longer than usual wait time at this restaurant compared to other restaurants, I followed up with a service staff about my food order after waited for more than 30 minutes. The staff eventually brought my food and told me 'don't come next time'.  Fantastic.  How does a restaurant with an admirable mission and a staff member with such an abs
