At the "Korean" Kimberley street, there is one tiny store different from the others, having only 3 tables for 2, and not offering the korean food but only noodles with 3 different broths, all prepared by the owner himself. To enjoy this HK-styled Ramen, better to come a bit early before it opens which is around 3pm, or prepared to wait for quite some time. Chef aims to cook the food by his own pace and highly encouraging his customers to take tume enjoying the noodle instead of just pigging them

The soft and elastic egg noodles has soaked up the umami from the rich broth already but it was a more flawless experience if you take a sip of the soup along with the noodle. The broth was condensed with both the chicken and ham aroma but not overwhelming or drying your throat. Tho it seems like the noodle is what being focus on, the sliced roast beef was actually more captivating to me. The half-prepared tenderloin was covered with thick coat of seasonings, then being sliced into thin layers, followed with roasted with gas torch right before serving to customers. The medium cooked beef with strong meat flavor was an excellent side to the noodle.
