Tried the bison ribeye tomahawk steak and the meat was tough and not well seasoned. They import it frozen and I’m guessing that they didn’t lay it out to dry and tenderise it, as it was very bland and had no depth in taste. I ordered it medium-rare and although the outside was chargrilled and seared, the center was cold and raw. I have a feeling that they didn’t finish it in the oven. Had to send it back to the kitchen to be cooked a tad more. Waitress was apologetic and did a decent job in handling the issue.

Disappointed by the whole experience and won’t be going back there ever again.
