La Rotisserie (禧利街)

I ordered a roast duck for my Christmas dinner one day in advance and was looking forward to having it with all my friends. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that they gave me a chicken... I don't understand how the lady got it wrong after looking at the receipt many times. Also, I thought there'd be a duck reserved for me since I ordered so early but when I arrived they still hadn't prepared it. I ended up having no duck at the dinner, and was massively disappointed. I feel like I should've gotten a full refund! I didn't even want chicken! The service here clearly needs improvement.
