I used to like this bakery very much when it’s first shop was opened in Wanchai and visited that shop often targeted to try out its pastries, cakes and salad one by one. Yet, disappointedly with their opening of more shops and provision of more choice in their menu, I gradually feel that the food offerings have lost its charisma and simply not value for money. Many other cafe/ restaurants offer much better food quality at that price tag. Casseroles meats are tasteless, salad choice remains the same throughout all these years and some of them are pungently sour, and the bread is dry. Portobello pasta ($94/dish) (牛肝菌意粉)is mixed with button mushroom which is much cheaper. Hope their boss shall revisit their food quality and offer back the quality Paisson in due course.
