🇫🇮 Finland
• Venison pastrami with black garlic sauce - Tender venison with smoky taste
• Lingonberry & yogurt mousse - Lingonberry was not too sour and the mousse was quite creamy

• Smoked codfish pastry - Codfish taste was not strong enough and the texture of the pastry was not flaky
• Skúffukaka - This traditional Icelandic chocolate cake was so yum! liked the choco glaze on top!🍫

• Salmon pastrami with dill sauce - Very much like a typical smoked salmon cuz the dill sauce wasn’t that strong
• Brunost - Shaved caramel cheese on dark choco crisp. Caramel would never go wrong with choco🤘🏿

• Pork and mushroom paste on Fennel toast - I like the paste yet the portion is a bit tiny😹 Larger bite of that is preferred!!😋
• Danish pastry with vanilla pastries creme and berries - Typical danish tho the texture was not as flaky as i expected, better alternatives are available in the city

🇸🇪 Sweden
• Skagen Röra - Arctic shrimp salad in a not-so-crispy cup. The shrimp salad was quite nice tho.🦐
• Heart-shaped waffle with strawberry jam and penna cotta - First time trying waffle with panna cotta, prefer a strong milk taste in it🙈

The tea set served with free flow of flora tea or dark hot chocolate - the hot choco was so creamy and it’s a must-try!!😻
