To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次想吃丼都會去這間店，因為這裡有質素保証，即使價錢是比其他的貴了一點，但也是值得的，起碼送上來的刺身飯是室溫的，不會過冷或熱的。三文魚親子鱈場蟹丼　$118一開始已經被這個期間限定吸引了，另外加了$15升級為定食，配有小食、沙律及麵豉湯。所有刺身都很新鮮，我至愛的三文魚子咬下去很脆，口裡充滿魚油，正！飯底做得很好，溫度適中，糖醋調味也很足夠，不用沾醬油也很可口。讚！汁煮牛扒石頭鍋丼　$88炒飯前先把牛扒夾起來，以免過熟，另外建議要求服務員給多些牛肉汁再炒飯，這樣炒飯有更多的飯焦。牛扒很嫰多汁，配上蛋汁更是美味，這個石頭飯在我悉心的翻炒下更是香口喔！哈哈！
