Roasted Hong Kong Yellow Chicken, Niigara rice ‘en cocottee’, salad
The yellow chicken is locally sourced 三黃雞, roasted perfectly with crispy skin. The server first presented the whole chicken in front of you, they would cut it beautifully at the back kitchen. The flavour of the roasted chicken is spot-on and the chicken itself is cooked to perfection that 2 of us easily finished this supposed-to-be 4 people portion 🤪🙊
Every Japanese rice absorbed the chicken oil and chicken soup essence, BUT it was not oily at all. LOOK at that handful amount crispy chicken skin on top!
Tahitian vanilla. Caramelised pear. Salted caramel ice cream. Mille Feuille.
Looks simple, tastes delicious. When all the ingredients come in one spoon, it is simply a symphony in the mouth
The homemade cannelés to end the perfect meal 🤤 It was baked with vanilla and rum with a soft center.
Overall, the food and service here were on-point and up to standard. Well-deserved Michelin one star!
