Today we have a family lunch, and we meet at Fu Ho restaurant. This restaurant is located at Mira place. And it is a Michelin 1 star restaurant. Today we are four people together , and we ordered the Set lunch menu. This set lunch got Selection of chicken and 3 special dishes $550 including soup and desserts. This dish is not as good as I expected . The pan fried egg is topped with white bait fish. Though the pan fried egg is not oily and well cooked. However the white bait fish and the pan fried egg doesn’t got a strong character of taste. But I could got the feeling of family cooking, simple and healthy.

This braised assorted vegetable is a bit tasteless. Since The taste of dried shrimp is not strong enough, the sauce of the pot is more like warm water. The good thing about this is - the vegetable are very very soft, it is oil free, and not salty neither, a very healthy dish.

This sautéed beef is perfectly done! The beef is fried just right, crispy outside, soft inside . The beef is rather juicy! I really like the strong taste of onion and garlic which enriches the meat flavor. However, the portion is painfully small.
The deep fried chicken is the best among all the dishes that we ordered so far.

This BBQ pork bun is yummy. The bread is soft and airy. And the minced bbq pork has just right amount of sauce and sweetness.

This raffish cake is highly recommended. It is fried with crispy surface and full of radish flavor. Though the ingredients are simple , but it tastes quite good.
The daily dessert is walnut soup .

The walnut soup is really creamy and smooth, and rich in walnut flavor but not over sweetened. Nice!
Today’s lunch is partially good. However, considering the food quantity vs the price for Michelin restaurant, it is still not a bad option for family lunch at all.
