Dessert

There are three desserts available on the menu for you to go with your bitter, they are S'mores, banana chocolate spring rolls, and churros.

S'Mores ($90)

The hot skillet was filled with a bit of melted chocolate with chili, topped with toasted marshmallow, served with some warm graham cracker shortbreads on the side for you to scrape the s'mores or to make a s'more sandwich.

The chocolate was not too sweet which was even more scrumptious with the toasty melted marshmallow on top. The buttery crumbly cracker was also a great match with the hot mixture! It was just finger-lickingly good and delicious!

Savory

The other savory bar snack on the menu, it is interestingly French fries made with spam ham!

Spam Fries ($90)

The thick-cut fried spam stick is served with lightly spicy sriracha mayo.

The savoriness from the spam ham balanced out with the mayo, which made it a irresistable bar snack to enjoy with any of the cocktails on the menu.

Cocktails

Horseradish ($160)

Made with gin, horseradish cream, lemon, honey, then topped with a sprinkle of black pepper. Horseradish is quite spicy on its own, providing a prominent spicy kick to this drink which tasted a bit similar to wasabi. Meanwhile, it was not too overly sweetened which I really enjoy since I am a big fan of horseradish!

This drink is definiltey suitable for those who like uniqueness and specialities.

Sesame ($140)

Made with spiced rum, hazelnut, and roasted black sesame. A rather milky or creamy drink on their cocktail menu. The blended sesame delivered a roasted nutty taste to the drink. This cocktail tasted like a dessert yet with a strong alcoholic kick to it. I don't drink milky cocktails normally but surprisingly I liked this cocktail very much because of its richness.

Night Quil ($180)

One of the most photogenic cocktail to enjoy which is made with gin, citrus, iron Buddha tea, cinnamon, vanilla, mint, and thyme.

All dry ingredients has been put in the upper cylinder and the wet ingredients (the cocktail!) at the bottom.

Once the cocktail has been heated up until boiled, it will then raise up to the upper cylinder where the cocktail gets infused with all the aromatic herbs and spices.

After around 20-30 seconds, the cocktail is then let cool itself until it drops to the bottom cylinder again on its own due to the tempreture drop.

The warm cocktail is then poured in a heatproof glass with a cinnemon stick!

This cocktail has a really complex flavour which contains a mix of refreshing herb and bittersweet iron Buddha tea taste. Though the alcohol smell was quite strong, it tasted rather mellow in alcoholic taste, instead, the tea flavour was the most prominent taste that comes to mine at first. Definitely a great cocktail for tea lovers or for those who don't like cold drinks.

Smokey Joe ($180)

A smokey drink made with coffee bourbon, chestnut, and cherry wood smoke. The cocktail gets smoked right in front of you. After just a while, the cocktail is then reveiled to you with the lid opened. The cheery wood smoke rushed out from the jar as soon as it has been opened. It smelled really woody and smokey, in a good way.

The cocktail indeed smelled and tasted very smokey, with a strong earthy taste to it. The coffee flavour was quite subtle which was a perfect match with the woodiness from the smoke! I could see myself drinking this every day and I am sure any gentlemen are going to love it!

Other than that, Bitters & Sweets also offers a range of beer, wine and hard liquor for you to choose if you do not fancy cocktails. To me, I would highly recommend you to order their cocktails and desserts since they are the signatures and they were pretty surprising to us! We are eager to come back again to try the rest of their cocktails if possible!
