Lunch during the pandemic

I have ordered a lunch set with green salad for appetizer, duck breast for main and poached pear for dessert. The salad is, well, just a salad, but the duck breast fell short of expectation. It’s too chewy and I would say a bit too raw (probably below medium). I had to give up half way through it. The poached pear was nice though. The bigger problem of the place, however, was service which they had none. The male manager put up a poker face throughout the whole time I was there, making him look

The male manager put up a poker face throughout the whole time I was there, making him look like the unhappiest person in the city. I was surprised of his attitude,
esp when business was so bad during the pandemic. To be fair, the waitress was nice.
