I was so in hurry in lunch as I had meeting HK side at 2:30pm. For thight timr, so I go for " Car" noddle. quick...I order: Rice noddle, pig blood, "tong choi", full chicken wing.The soup base is nice. The taste is strong and enought. Rice noddle is ok. normal."pig blood" is the best among here. Taste is really go in the blood. " Chicken wing" is a bit overcooked. maybe they alreday keep it for long time. The texture is a bit tough. not ok
