Earl Grey flavour is one of my all time favourite!!! Paul Lafayet did a great job on their earl grey dessert and pastry such as macaron and cookie. This time the fragrant earl grey cookies are crispy and it carried a strong butter and earl grey flavour. What a surprise!!!!
