Menu is in Chinese only. Ordering is done by QR code which is also in Chinese (though there is an English menu but none of it is in English except the categories).  There aren't a lot of items so everything is more concise.  They do offer sets for groups for more value for money.  And if you order $250 per person, you can add $100 for unlimited eel.

They start you off with some banchan which includes various types of kimchi and bean sprouts.  There is an apron for you to wear to protect your clothes. The staff will grill everything for you so we ordered some drinks while they grilled away.

We started with Signature Beef Rib ($208) because when we Korean BBQ, there has to be beef. There was nice marbelization. It was marinaded well so there was a lot of flavour. The meat was fantastic. Very tender and lots of beef flavour.

Of course, we came here for Korean Style Grilled Eel ($148). I have not encountered a Korean BBQ restaurant here that does this so this was definitely a treat. The eel was very fresh and after grilling, the skin was super crispy yet the meat still had that distinctive bounce that eel gives. Seasoned lightly with salt, this was definitely worth the trip over.

We added an Aged Spanish Iberico Pork Collar ($108) after we noticed other people also ordered this. It was seasoned only with salt and the meat had a strong pork taste.  It was grilled to crispy so it was like eating bacon.

To finish up we added a Bimbimap ($78). This  had not meat and only included shitake mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, bean sprouts and kimchi. The vegetables were fresh and the egg coated everything well.

The eel is definitely worth the trek over as it's not commonly found in Hong Kong. But the star was the beef ribs. Those were amazing. Good service and good ventilation. Even with the grilling, the place wasn't greasy.
