I visited here on a Saturday night when I had no reseveration and need a place to eat in Central. Luckily, this place was rather empty. Not that their food is bad though...which brings me here today to write an review so hopefully more people can try and they won't close down! I absolutely LOVE this dish. The dumpling skin is thin and moist and the shredded duck inside is juicy and tender. I have never had duck dumplings in Chinese restaurants but this worked and I am so glad I tried it! Expectations are now high for the following dishes....

Next up was the Ratatouille dumpling with an Italian twist to it.It was filled with tomatoes and vegetables. I really like the flavors of this one but the skin unfortunately was a bit dry and too thick when it was served.

The menu said "Fried Risotto" so I was excited to see how this one worked out. The flavors are good but the texture resembles a bad Chinese fried rice that is too moist. You are supposed to use "next day" rice that is dry to make good fried rice. I think it would be more interesting to make a creamy risotto but with the Chinese ingredients.

Lastly we had this meatball noodle. I was expecting regular ho fan but to my suprise, they used rice rolls to replace the noodle. An interesting take and I like it! It would've been even better if they fried the rice roll and make it crispy!

All in all, there are some hits and misses. Would come back and try the other dim sum dishes. The people are extremely nice in this place too. Definitely come for a chill night!
