To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在IFC找一間性價比高的餐廳吃飯添好運應該是一個不錯的選擇「飲啖茶,食個包」,好好歎一下來得添好運,怎能錯過它們馳名的酥皮焗叉燒包($25)叉燒包一上桌,拿起手真是「熱辣辣」的包的酥皮外層鬆脆,而包的質地就軟綿綿裏面的叉燒和醬汁不是太甜,配搭在一起不禁令人一口接一口地吃下去另外,我們還點了黃沙豬潤腸($28) 、咸水角($21)和鳳爪排骨飯($35)黃沙豬潤腸是比較特別的點心,在其他地方飲茶比較少見豬潤的質地爽口,沒有腥味,腸粉皮則很滑嫩至於咸水角,外皮很脆,質地煙煙靭靭,餡料惹味值得一讚的是,這裏的點心全部都是即叫即蒸所有食物上桌時都是熱騰騰的,增添了食物的美味
