阿里山珍珠奶茶便當

This is my second time attempting to buy food from here. First time I came here at afternoon tea time and i waited for 15 mins.

This time, I had waited for half an hour for just one lunch set take away, still not ready. They said just keep waiting and cannot tell me how much longer.

Very disappointed at the service. I asked if they could advise next time when there’s many orders and takes abnormally longer lead time to wait. I would appreciate if the cashier guy can alert me there’s party orders before mine. And it’s lunch time so they should be more considerate.

I left and got McDonald’s for lunch finally.
