Our first breakfast in Hong Kong was Cantonese Dim Sum. We went to Paramount Banquet Hall in Tsim Sha Tsui which was less congested on that very morning. We had the usual staple of dim sum namely har kau, siu mai, char siu bao and so forth. The century egg congee served lukewarm was very soothing to the palate and the tantalising taste of har kau with fresh crunchy prawn was so irresistible. The overall taste of the dim sum at Paramount is definitely above average and it's also a nice place to dine at as it has a great dining ambience and beautiful tableware of egg-shell china.
