A highly recommended noodle restaurant with good value. $40 for two choices of the menu, with or without noodles. Of course they serve bigger portion of meat if it's without noodles. Beef was tenderized with baking soda, soft but did not lose its texture. Beef tendons were very flavorful and melted in my mouth.Also tried their signature butterfly belly. Beef was tenderized with baking soda, soft but did not lose its texture. Beef tendons were very flavorful and melted in my mouth.

Seems like it's a family-run restaurant judging by the service and passionate attitude of the people who work there.
