To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 11月22日同朋友去了赤柱,之後搵食,朋友話未食過德國菜,就同佢來了這裏,我們兩個人點左一個湯,冬菇雲吞湯,一個細的什腸,一個豬手一齊食呀.其實可能時間太早,只是6點幾左右,餐廳好像還沒有開的樣子,有一堆仕應站著好似開會,我們問是否已可入座,跟住帶我們入座後又沒有給水...問了仕應還說客人沒說要水我們是不會給水的,我們就說要水,然後等左好耐,還要追才有.那碗冬菇雲吞湯好清,好普通的一碗湯,沒有甚麼特別,很簡單. 之後迷仔什腸,有幾款,每款兩條,一些薯仔配菜,腸OK呀,其實都是沒有甚麼特別的,加一些甜的沙嗲醬及黃介辣一齊食,感覺好一點.最後的豬手好大隻呀,好香,仕應幫我地切開左佢,嘩,真的好多肉,D肉好脆口呀,朋友話啖啖肉呀.兩個人食到好鬼飽呀,有一個仕應很好,我們要熱水,佢不停加俾我地. 還很有禮貌的呀.
