Ordered from this Soo Viet a few times and their Bun Bo Hue tastes is close as you can get in authenticity in Hong Kong (for half the price). The taste of the broth is rich with beef and pork flavours and a nice lemongrass aroma which is a signature for Bun Bo Hue noodles.

Their Spring Rolls are not bad either, but nothing too special. Only criticism is their Banh Mi needs much improvement in taste. For one, there was no fresh mayo or healthy spread of pate which is the core ingredient of the sandwich. The bread was a bit dry and the dry meat and lack of pate and mayo made the sandwich taste a bit boring.

The food is always fresh and the preparation shows that they take pride in their service.

Will order from here again !
