Fried chicken ($168). Very crispy. The dip is called 'Nam Yu Roasted Garlic Dip'. Quite a good match. But I think the 南乳醬 could be stronger~

Tai Hang Fries ($68). Nicely fried, very flavorful. At a good price too for quite a big portion!

Grilled Squid ($124). It's alright. The squid is quite fresh. A little bit of a burnt smell though.

Mapo Barrata ($138). Fusion ma po tofu!! The cheese replacing the tofu. Interesting idea. The dish is actually a cold dish. A bit spicy but it's tasty! Love the cheese.

Buffalo Wonton ($82). Chicken celery and buffalo sauce. I didn't really taste the celery though (which is good cuz I don't like celery). The sauce is alright. I think would be nicer if the wrap is thinner.

Ok. So continue with some main dishes. We wanted to order the Flower Crab Pasta, but it's sold out! The waiter says it's limited quantity and gets sold out quickly every night. So probably next time I can pre order or something.

Octopus and Pork Belly ($148). Nam yu braised octopus and pork belly is very tasty. The pork belly is tender and well seasoned. But again, the 南乳 sauce doesn't quite stand out.

Fu yu carbonara. (Don't remember how much because the dish was not on menu, it's on the board). Not too rich, but quite creamy. Not exactly exciting but it's alright!

Chiella Pork Leg ($500). Slow cook ale braised pork leg. Oh the best dish of the night. Fusion paella. Very interesting. It's sizzling when it came on the table. The waiter comes and help to cut the pork leg and pour in the sauce. A bit like paella and also I find it a bit 煲仔飯 like because there is 飯焦. The pork leg is very tender, very flavorful, but I cannot really taste the ale. And the portion is big enough to have one spoonful of rice with one piece of pork leg!
