To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Pacific Place. The lunchtime booking is always very full, so I called to book a week before. They have a lot fusion dim sum here, we organized team lunch here and every bodies enjoys it very much. Our favorite dishes are fish spring rolls, DanDan pork noodles, crispy aubergine and Wagyu beef puff. The spring rolls are so special, crispy aubergine tasted like tofu with special dressings! Dan Dan noodles here is also very delicious and even beat some Sichu

Dan Dan noodles here is also very delicious and even beat some Sichuan restaurant. You can try a lot of special dim sum here that you never experienced in other HK traditional dim sum restaurant. 😋
