There was a time when there were several Subway locations in Central. Now this might be the only one. Subway is a very simple sandwich place - choose your bread, meat, and toppings. You see your sandwich being made as you wait in line. My choice today is the footlong turkey breast and ham on wheat bread ($33+23 to make it a footlong). Toppings include lettuce, tomato, green peppers, olives and honey mustard dressing. While the ingredients are quite ordinary, you can tell the difference

While the ingredients are quite ordinary, you can tell the difference between a freshly made sandwich and a premade samdwich by its taste.
Here’s hoping this last Central location will stay for awhile.
