feet are soft and tender, have them while they’re hot or the sauce goes thicken like jelly when they’re cool down.

crisp glutinous rice dumpling filled with dried shrimp,
three pieces, thicken out layer stays crispy but with alittle less fillings,
that could be more.
double boiled while coconut soup with abalone and minced pork dumpling,
clear coconut soup based with a fulfilled dumpling & a small abalone,
those stuffings of chopped mushroom, prawn, scallops, chicken and chasiu.
