Gastronomic dinner at the top floor of the Peninsula Hotel. Early dinner from 6-8pm. We were allocated a seat overlooking the harbour and we watched the subset while enjoying the meal. Everything was good and I liked the pan seared scallops with garlic pecan sauce with cream braised potato gnocchi. However, the dessert is the climax. Bean curd and cheese moose with mango sauce and honey ice cream and red berry pancake. My girlfriend likes the mango flavored chocolate, chocolates with lavender,
