To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Poor dine in experience. Ordered roast pork with no taste and tough skin (instead of crispy). Picture advertised with 2 long slices n came with one (where is truth in advertising). The captain came n made some lame excuses about weight of the pork n apologised. And said the skin looked very tough but we should have told him earlier (after we took our first piece) and that he could have replaced it !!!! The singer tonight was also bad. Sounded like she was in mourning and one couldn’t hear 80%

Bad experience vs previous visits. Quality has clearly dropped a lot from food, to captain to server to singer. Will never patronise this shop again.
