I like pineapple pastry and often buy products from Taiwan. I recently passed Jenny Bakery at Sheung Wan and happened to note that pineapple rolls were in supply. Apart from buying cookies, I also bought a tin of pineapple rolls to try. According to the sales, pineapple rolls were in limited supply as it took more time and efforts to make them. The pineapple rolls were rich and buttery with sweet and sour pineapple filling. There are 17 pieces in one tin and I finished half a tin shortly. T
