We ordered the Jokbal (pork knuckle) and it was pure heavenly!! The chinese and western way to eat it is messy and tiring, trying to get the meat off the bone. This Jokbal was prepared delicately by the kitchen, all the meat nicely slices and laid out, each bite is mouthwatering and satisfying. The meat had minimal flavor, but you can dip it in their special sauce for a more tasteful experience. 10/10 for this collagen rich dish!
Ofcourse, the signature dish, fried chicken! We had the original, soy sauce, sweet and spicy and hot sauce flavor. You can choose to have 2 flavor per order so you can try the out as many flavour as possible. With the original fried chicken, you can taste the meat and tender chicken flavor with no distractions. Whilst sweet and spicy and hot sauce is a little more distracting since the flavor is so much more intense, but yet so deliciously fulfilling your fried chicken desire.
