滬菜就食得多、江浙菜就真係少食D,不過鍾意食滬菜一定都會鍾意食江浙菜。最近就去左【綠茶餐廳】既希慎分店,試下佢地既江浙菜。龍井烤鷄:呢個係佢地既招牌、基本上臺臺都必叫,所以我地都叫左。下面用龍井茶葉熏隻烤鷄,非常香茶香味。烤鷄皮脆肉嫩、非常juicy,連鷄胸都完全唔鞋。杭式片兒川:呢個之前未食過,湯入面有雪菜、筍片、瘦肉,湯比較清、但味道濃郁。麵餅醬香五花肉:香港限定,整體有D似北京填鴨,但中間鴨肉變左五花肉。五花肉本身炸左,所以比較香脆、唔會成口油。非常特別,呢個個人非常推薦。金沙鷄翼:鷄翼加左鹹蛋黃、非常香口,不過性價比不高。熗伴冰菜:個人好鍾意食冰菜、爽脆口感再加上惹味既蒜辣調味,非常開胃。海苔松仁麻球:甜甜既炸煎堆入面加左海苔松仁、鹹鹹甜甜,海苔同芝麻香味非常well balanced。西湖雷峰塔:超級精美特別既甜品,用左淮山蓉整成,味道清甜。暴打鳳梨茶:鳳梨味好濃、又唔會好甜、加左個熊仔冰非常cute。本身希慎分店既裝修都已經幾靚,而圍方新店既主題是西湖盛宴、餐廳入面有一隻真船,可以係上面食野,非常特別。
