To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在清明節假期一家人食飯,朋友介紹往銅鑼灣太湖海鮮城晚飯,當晚很滿座,但菜式很有水準,六個人埋單約千三元,服務都不錯,還有甜品送,很有人情味的酒家。我十分推介他們的金湯焗龍蝦加煎米底! 好像沒有在其他洒家食過,十分特別和煎米底很香口另外,我們也有叫蟹皇翅,初時以為$98的蟹皇翅是gimmick,但原來入邊真的有魚翅,份量還不少, 十分有誠意。太湖海鮮城簡直是便宜和好吃之選,但記得要預先訂座,如果唔係要等位
