尼間台灣餐廳應該喺香港開左已經好多年
但講真佢係唔係好大眾化呢？🤔
我覺得係價格上面來講，佢絕對唔係💸
好多比佢好食嘅台灣餐廳，價錢絕對平過佢好多
古早魯肉飯：啲魯肉好稔，入口即溶嗰隻
但係佢嘅份量真係少得可憐，只係啱啱好冚過左啲飯，搵多少少黎送飯都冇🥲🥲
招牌三杯雞：其實味道唔錯嘅，但正宗嘅三杯雞應該係要有啲米酒嘅味，但佢係完全冇嘅🤷🏻♀️
農家菜飯：即使佢係炒飯，但都唔會好油膩
但又係成兜飯都冇乜菜嘅😥
百香鳳梨麻糬酥：佢唔會太甜，但係佢嘅鳳梨其實只係鳳梨果醬🙃🙃
同我心目中嘅鳳梨酥有好大分別🥲
但啲麻薯都係好煙韌嘅
This Taiwanese restaurant is not new to Hong Kong but is it friendly to us? 🤔
From the perspective of price, I don't think so.💸
Slow Cooked Pork Sauce over Rice: The minced pork was tender which melted in my mouth.
However, the amount of minced pork was so little which was just barely covering the rice. 🥲🥲
Three Cup Chicken: Tasted quite good.
However, for authentic Three Cup Chicken, it should be flavoured with rice wine. It does not have this flavour. 🤷🏻♀️
Vegetable Fried Rice: It was not oily even though it was a fried rice.
However, only a few vegetables could be found. 😥
Mochi Pineapple Cake: It was not too sweet. But the "pineapple" was actually pineapple jam LOL. 🙃
It is not alike the pineapple cake I imagined.
The mochi was chewy though.
