又到一年一度嘅中同聚加一月之星生日飯!雖然今年因為Covid所以delay左,但好慶幸大忙人們都能抽空出席,好好咁聚一聚~ 餐廳setting好classy 好elegant,靜靜地好適合傾計。之前學Italian個老師話一間傳統意大利餐廳係長期都會有一籃唔同種類嘅包比客人享用,果然一到步就見到個餐包籃~ 話說意大利人去餐廳用膳會有5部曲,分別係Antipasti (Appetizer – 最常見prosciutto 風乾火腿, formaggio 芝士, insalata mista (mixed salad))、Primi piatti (First course – 通常係意粉或燴飯)、Secondi piatti (Second course/Mains通常都係肉)、Contorni (Side dishes伴菜) 同 Dolci (Desserts甜品) ,十分豐富。 我地Antipasti揀左La Burrata 同 Crudo di Parma。比起Mozzarella我更愛Burrata,因為更新鮮,奶香味更出同更creamy,一刀切落去真係會爆漿!配車厘茄同蘿勒青醬更

Crudo di Parma姐係Parma ham。Crudo姐係raw,係prosciutto風乾火腿嘅一種,並以Parma為產地嘅風乾火腿最廣為人知。薄薄一片嘅火腿好透好軟,伴蜜瓜唔會太鹹。

跟住嚟嘅係3個Primi piatti,全部都係意粉。Ravioli granseola (自家製蟹肉意大利雲吞配三文魚籽及藏紅花香檳忌廉汁) 嚟蟹係蜘蛛蟹,蟹肉厚實而帶有豐富海水味,意大利雲吞個餡d cheese味唔算太濃,6個人一人一粒,啱啱好perfecto~

Secondi piatti揀左La Fiorentina (斧頭扒伴時蔬及樟木煙燻味燒肉汁),半成熟嘅斧頭扒好juicy,煙燻味gravy簡直係個highlight,而且份量十足每人可品嚐兩至三塊。食肉當然唔少得配紅酒啦,餐廳就為我地推介嚟自Veneto 嘅2016年Primofiore, Quintarelli。

La Fiorentina 配嘅薯容牛油味非常濃郁,入口超滑,吃完好飽,所以我地skip左Contorni直接去Dolci~ 相對Tiramisu,Ananas (菠蘿薄片伴黑糖、白巧克力慕絲及青蘋果雪芭)更讓人驚艷!刀功十分精細,菠蘿切得超薄,包住白巧克力慕絲一咬落去超過癮!餐廳仲好窩心咁送左件生日蛋糕比我地~
