This place is one of the classic place for butter crust egg tart and their deep fried egg donut ! Egg tarts ($10/piece) Their are two type of egg tarts, pastry puff or butter crust. Tai Cheong is famous for their butter crust ! I do think it was a bit too sweet ! Deep fried egg donut ($10)Tai Cheong is probably the only place in HK that makes these classic egg donut !!!! It’s impossible to reheat them so best is to eat on the spot !
