To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同朋友來過紅煮意,覺得環境好舒服,今次自己想享受下Me Time,環境真係超級正,好多卡通擺設,動漫迷一定好鐘意,原來仲有Mirror店員好好傾,原來逢星期六晚7:30有本地band現場表演,枱與枱之間好闊落.我叫左個安格斯烤菇牛肉漢堡配薯條餐set,包牛油法包,忌廉蘑菇湯,coffee.忌廉蘑菇湯,口感香濃綿滑,好濃郁既蘑菇味,好好味.安格斯烤菇牛肉漢堡 - 牛肉好厚身肉味濃,好有肉汁,大啡菇烤得好香,仲可以保留到Juicy,切落去D汁不停流出來,見到好治癒,仲有生菜,蕃茄,一D都唔膩,好好食,薯條都炸得好脆.Coffee好順滑,好香濃,聽住播緊既小清新音樂,成個人都好Relax,下次搵個星期六去睇下live band.
