It got really cold today and I decided to eat some hot noodles. The "noodles" here are actually sheets of udon which seems quite interesting and I came here to try it at lunch.I tried their chicken flavor. The soup was rich and the udon was quite springy, despite it was spread thinly into sheets. There was a lot of chicken in the soup as well. However, for a tsukemen, it failed in the aspect of keeping the soup as hot as possible. Today was quite cold and by the time the noodle was served, the soup I would say was just barely hot. This would have still worked for a normal bowl of noodles still but in view it is a tsukemen, after adding 1 sheet of noodle to it, the soup was just warm and by the end, it was nearly cold. I think during such a cold weather, maybe ordering their regular noodle in soup would be better.
