Chef Nic fans 不可錯過,見朋友IG黎食左,大力推介,話16 Shell menu入面 chef nic 有份design,咁我就即刻約友人黎食。門面大大的落地玻璃,可以睇下街景,黎食個悠閒午餐,又或者係門口座下歎下咖啡。店內掛上多張明星合照,感覺有chef Nic為你做菜。以garlic為主題,有多款特色的garlic菜式,都係不試不可。Black garlic bread ($70)黑色的多士又香又脆,微微的蒜香味,帶點甜,食多幾塊都唔會厭。Fresh clams ($130)用上黑色的碟子上菜,很有性格。蜆肉有好香白酒味,加了牛油蒜蓉更香,食蜆時再飲啖湯,充滿蜆肉的精華,唔會太鹹,味道剛好。上菜速度是比較慢,但係可以慢慢品嚐和朋友吹下水,冇壓迫感。Truffle pizza ($160)方形的pizza上有rocket、芝士、磨菇、青紅椒,餅底塗上滿滿的黑松露醬,酥皮不但酥脆,而且很有彈性,用酥皮做pizza餅底,感覺新穎,食起黎冇classic pizza 咁腻,兩個人share 啱啱好。Olio style ($150)炸過的蒜頭特別香脆,蒜頭都有特別,係將炸蒜和

炸過的蒜頭特別香脆,蒜頭都有特別,係將炸蒜和生蒜混合,加上咸魚仔,口感很豐富,鷄肉外脆內軟多汁,扁麵可以掛上蒜粒一齊食,有點取自避風塘炒蟹的concept,中西合壁,整體配合得不錯,少少油,但係可接受。
